After more than four years in the making, the collection of seven Italianate style residences known as the Chestnut Row Homes is ready to welcome its first tenants to the southwest corner of Clark and Chestnut Streets.

The new Chestnut Row rental homes will include fully furnished kitchens, security systems, personal elevators, and private balconies off the third floor.
West Chestnut Street and Clark Street Transforms into Seven Single-Family Rental Row Homes
Each Chestnut Row rental unit will include four spacious levels of more than 4,300 square feet of living space. The property will also feature 14 indoor parking spots, and a shared outdoor space with lush landscaping, seating areas and fire pits.
